What Is GoodLife USA?
GoodLife USA is a wholesale travel discount club that provides members with promotions and discounts on hotels, airline tickets, condos, dining, sports, entertainment, retail, and more.
The company sells membership by offering people an opportunity to start their own home-based business sharing the GoodLife USA products and services.
GoodLife USA was founded by Mark Seyforth and Edward Dovner in 2015 based in Boca Raton, Florida.
GoodLife USA sells travel club memberships through an mlm network of independent business owners (IBO) operating across the US.
At the time of writing this review, GoodLife USA estimated sales revenue is $244 Million.
GoodLife USA claims the company compensation plan offered a generous reward to IBOs. However, we are unable to find the income disclosure statement (IDS) to verify this claim. This should be a strong warning to all investors looking to join as an IBO.
You must carefully evaluate and compare GoodLife USA with other home-based business opportunities before joining.
You can use My #1 Business Opportunity to make a comparison.
How To Join GoodLife USA?
You need a sponsor to join GoodLife USA.
You can a current GoodLife USA IBO searching online, then registered through that website. You can also request the company to find you one.
To start a business and make money with GoodLife USA, you must pay the monthly travel club membership fee, remain active, and qualify to earn commissions. We’ll discuss everything in the following sections of this GoodLife USA review.
The Cost To Join GoodLife USA
The cost to join GoodLife USA is a one-time setup fee of $299, and then $49.95 per month after for the Platinum membership program.
GoodLife USA also charges IBOs a website setup fee of $70 and $9.95 monthly business maintenance and support fee.
Besides the costs listed above, you must maintain an active and qualified status to make money with GoodLife USA.
GoodLife USA requires all distributors to submit at least 50 PVC (Personal Commissionable Volume) or 100 PVC per month depending on your rank.
50 PVC is approximately $50 each month to remain active and qualified for commissions.
There are other qualifications required for bonuses and incentives, which I’ll discuss in the compensation plan section of this GoodLife USA review.
As you can see, the cost to join GoodLife USA is more than $299. You must register as a platinum member to maintain an active status.
Any IBO who fails to maintain an active and qualified status is not allowed to receive the bonuses and commissions.
The expenses above do not include your time, the marketing costs, travel expenses, and gas.
Other home-based businesses, such as Affiliate Marketing, you earn the commission on every sale, no need to be active and qualified.
To understand why mlm opportunity, such as GoodLife USA, requires IBOs to stay active and qualified, you should read our discussion on the FTC MLM Guideline for more information.
GoodLife USA Compensation Plan
The GoodLife USA compensation plan adopts a mixture of binary an unilevel compensation system.
I’ll provide a brief explanation of the GoodLife USA compensation plan below. To see the full version, just download a copy.
There are only two ways to make money with GoodLife USA: selling travel club membership and/or recruiting others to become an IBO.
Make Money Selling GoodLife USA Membership
For each new platinum subscription, you earn a single retail commission of $100.
If you want to earn commissions from the monthly membership fee, you must achieve the Garnet rank requirements by recruiting at least 2 active IBO.
Make Money Recruiting Others To Join GoodLife USA
We all know that the best way to make money with mlm opportunity is residual income, building a big team.
GoodLife USA requires all IBOs to have at least 2 active IBOs in their organization to start earning the Team Tree and Coded Bonus Tree commissions.
Team Tree Commission
Team Tree commissions are calculated using the monthly 50 PCV submit by your downline IBOs in the binary system.
You earn between 2% to 8% commissions up to 20 levels, totaling 40% max. This means you must earn commissions on all 20 levels to achieve 40%.
To receive team tree commissions, you must be an active IBO with at least 2 active IBOs in your organization to earn the first 2%.
Coded Bonus Tree
This bonus is paid also using the 50 monthly PCV submit by your downline IBOs, but based on the unilevel system.
GoodLife USA doesn’t pay 55% on every 50 PVC. You earn a 5% or 10% code bonus tree up to 6 generations for a total of 55%.
To qualify for this bonus, you must personally enroll 4 active IBOs.
There are other leadership bonuses and incentives which require a monthly order of 100 PVC to qualify. You should refer to the compensation plan for more information.
As you can see, there are multiple ways to earn with GoodLife USA mlm. But to get paid, you need to maintain an active and qualified status.
This is how mlm works. Ways to earn is not the same as qualifying to receive the commissions.
You can potentially earn nothing with GoodLife USA because the costs to maintain an active and qualified status might exceed the commissions received.
Can You Make Money With GoodLife USA?
You need the income disclosure statement (IDS) to answer this question.
The IDS is a financial document that reports IBOs’ yearly or monthly earnings from GoodLife USA.
Mlm company with high IBO failure rates or low earnings rarely publish the income disclosure statement. This might be the case with GoodLife USA.
So, how do you get a copy of the IDS?
You can request one at the time of enrollment. The law requires GoodLife USA to provide you a copy together with the compensation plan.
If GoodLife USA refuses to provide you a copy of the income disclosure statement, don’t join.
But you don’t need a copy of the IDS to know that 99% of mlm businesses failed.
Why?
Because the GoodLife USA compensation plan is designed to promote and sell travel membership.
Just go back and review the compensation plan discussion above, why you think IBOs must submit a minimum monthly order of 50 PVC, the $49.95 monthly Platinum membership fee, to maintain an active and qualified status for commissions?
Is GoodLife USA A Scam?
GoodLife USA mlm is a business opportunity.
Every business opportunity has risks. As an investor, you are responsible for researching, studying, and investigating GoodLife USA before investing.
Reading this GoodLife USA Review is a good way to learn the risks and rewards associated with this home-based business opportunity.
As the owner of an Online Business Review, I have evaluated hundreds of mlm businesses to help investors identified and discover the right opportunity to make money from home.
As a business opportunity, GoodLife USA is not a scam. It is an unprofitable business opportunity.
Is GoodLife USA Legit Or A Pyramid Scheme?
GoodLife USA will tell you that the company is not a pyramid scheme, according to the FTC guidelines.
But who invest in a business opportunity just because the company follows the laws?
You have to look at the compensation plan and the income disclosure statement when evaluating an mlm opportunity.
If you look at the GoodLife USA compensation plan, IBOs are forced to buy the platinum subscription to earn commissions.
IBOs are essentially customers of GoodLife USA, paying the membership fee to stay active and qualified.
The means of recruiting new IBOs is the best option to make money. The more people you recruit, the more money you make. This is how a pyramid is built.
Well, you don’t have to agree with me. But you can’t deny that the GoodLife USA compensation plan was designed to turn you into a customer, not a business owner.
Is GoodLife USA Worth It?
With so many discount travel websites online today, I don’t think GoodLife USA is worth the membership fee of $49.99 per month.
But what about the business opportunity?
I don’t know how many people will join your travel club. This doesn’t seem like a good product to promote. It is unlikely that you will achieve your financial goal and dream with GoodLife USA.
However, the decision to join GoodLife USA is yours.

GoodLife USA was founded to promote and sell travel club memberships.
The company uses the mlm business model to recruit and turn people into customers, not business owners.
To make money with GoodLife USA, you must build a big team of IBOs because your primary business revenue is from team commissions, not selling products.
If you are not a good recruiter, you are unlikely to make money with this GoodLife USA.
If you are interested in starting a home-based business, my #1 choice is Affiliate Marketing. You should investigate this business opportunity before joining mlm.
I hope this GoodLife USA review answers your question, is GoodLife USA a scam or legit?
