Java Momma distributes and sells its products through an mlm network which they call “Barista” operating throughout the US.
The company estimated sales revenue is $600,000 Million.
Java Momma doesn’t publish the income disclosure statement. This financial document provides crucial information regarding the profits and losses of operating a Java Momma mlm business.
From my review experiences, any mlm company that doesn’t release the income disclosure statement is a Red flag, especially with startup mlm.
Maybe, Java Momma hides the fact that distributors are not making money.
At the time of writing this review, Java Momma is 2 years old mlm company. This business opportunity is considered a high-risk investment.

How To Join Java Momma?
You will need a sponsor to join Java Momma.
It is fairly easy to search for Java Momma distributors online, then registered through their website.

To remain active, all distributors are required to place an order of $50 every 3 months.
To qualify for downline commissions, you must achieve the rank of Java Gourmet, which requires a $50 PV (Personal Volume) and $500 in team sales volume each month.
As you can see, the cost to join Java Momma is not $20. You must purchase products to maintain an active and qualified status.
You should pay attention to the monthly Active and Qualified Expenses.
Java Momma is a Pay and Play business opportunity. If you want to earn, you have to pay.
Any distributor that fails to maintain an active and qualified status is not allowed to receive the bonuses and commissions from Java Momma or even terminated.
The expenses above do not include your time, the marketing costs, travel expenses, and gas.
The active and qualified expenses can destroy your business profit if you cannot resell the products. They become business losses.

Make Money Selling Java Momma Coffee
Java Momma distributors can either purchase products at a discount price to resell, or they can direct customers to purchase from their own Java Momma replicated website to earn a retail commission.
You earn a 20% commission for retail sales and a 10% commission for subscription sales.
But the question is, can you sell Java Momma products on the market?
A one-pound bag of Java Momma coffee bag retails price $15.99. This price is very competitive with other coffee brands.
I did a search online and find a 1lb Dunkin Donut coffee bag cost about the same price as Java Momma coffee.
I must say that you can sell Java Momma coffee on the market. But, will people buy from this less popular coffee brand?
Make Money Recruiting Distributors
The other option to make money with Java Momma is recruiting others into your team.
As long as you are active and qualified, here are your options to earn.
Leadership Bonus
Java Momma offers three leadership bonuses that you can earn from the team sales volume.
The bonus is ranging from 1% to 5% and up to 3 levels.
Below is the bonus schedule.
However, you must meet the Personal PV and Team Volume to receive the leadership bonus.
For example, you receive a 5% leadership bonus on level 1, you must achieve $50 in personal PV and $500 in team volume. These sales quotas increase as you move up the level.
As you can see, there are multiple ways to earn with Java Momma. But to get paid, you must purchase products to meet the personal PV requirements.
This is how mlm works. Ways to earn is not the same as qualifying to receive the money.
You can potentially earn nothing with Java Momma because the costs to be active and qualified might exceed the commissions received.
Can You Make Money With Java Momma?
Since the Java Momma compensation plan only provides you the options to earn. It doesn’t tell you the distributors’ real income.
To know the actual income, you need to look at the Java Momma income disclosure statement (IDS). This financial document provides ACTUAL INCOMES
that distributors received from Java Momma.
But, where can you get a copy of the IDS?
You can request one at the time of enrollment. The law requires Java Momma to provide you a copy together with the compensation plan.

If Java Momma refuses to provide you a copy of the income disclosure statement, don’t join. This is a sign of a scam.
But you don’t need a copy of the IDS to know that 99% of mlm businesses failed.
