It’s not easy to locate a copy of the WineShop At Home compensation plan. But I managed to find a copy for us to review.

As long as you remain active and qualified, you have the options to make money by recruiting others into your team.
Business Building Bonus (BBB)
WineShop At Home offers a 3% business building bonus on the monthly Personal Volume (PV) of all your personally sponsored consultants if you meet the following requirements:
- Maintain an active status
- Have at least 1 active consultants on your team
- Submit $600 in Personal Volume for the month
Team Leader Bonus
Starting at the Team Leader rank, you can earn 5% team leader bonus on the total of your team sales volume of the month.
To earn this bonus, you must be qualified by:
- Generate at least $1,000 of personal sales volume in the month
- Must have 3 or more personally sponsored active consultant on your team
- Total month team sales volume minimum of $3,500.
Generation Leadership Bonus
Your team grows and break away every time one of your personally sponsored consultants achieves a Team Leader rank. When this happens, you will earn a 5% generation leadership bonus on the total retail sales of all your qualified First-Generation Team Leaders.

As you can see, there are multiple ways to earn with WineShop At Home. But to get paid, you must maintain an active and generate enough sales to qualify for commission.
