Neora is a rebrand of an mlm known as Nerium International.
The name changed as part of a settlement agreement between Nerium mlm and Nerium Biotechnology, the company supplier of nerium oleandrin extract skincare products.
Welcome to our Neora review MLM Coffee Talk.

What Is Neora?
Neora is an mlm company distributing and promoting skincare and wellness age-fighting products. The company was a rebranded of a Nerium International.
Neora was launched on February 1, 2019, by Jeff Olson.
The company distributes its products through an mlm network of independent brand partners worldwide.
The company first-year sales revenue is estimated to be less than $1 Million.
There is no income disclosure statement or financial information available for Neora. This is common with new mlm.
I consider Neora as a startup mlm with a greater risk of going out of business.
Remember to ask for a copy of the income disclosure statement before joining Neora. This financial document provides important financial information to evaluate the profits and losses of a Neora business.
You must compare Neora with other home-based business opportunities before investing.
You can use My #1 Business Opportunity to make a comparison.
Become A Neora Brand Partner
You need a sponsor to become Neora Brand Partner. If you don’t know a current Neora brand partner, you can visit the company website to request one.
You are required to purchase a Basic Kit or choose one Starter Packs which includes products to launch your Neora business.
But to start earning the bonuses and commissions, you must be active and qualified, which I’ll discuss more in the compensation section of this Neora review.
The Costs to Become A Neora Brand Partner
The cost to become a Neora brand partner starts from $49.95 to $1,000. It depends on the Starter Kit that you have selected.
There is also a $30 monthly subscription to access Neora Edge, the company advanced online training tools and resources platform.
That just the costs to join. There are business expenses to operate a Neora mlm business.
One major monthly expense is Active Expense.
Neora brand partners are required to maintain a $150 PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) or $80 ADV (Auto-Delivery Volume) to stay in business and earn commissions with Neora.
The monthly Active Expense is known as, “Pay and Play!” If you want to earn, you have to pay.
Any Brand Partner that fails to maintain Active status will not allow receiving bonuses or commissions.
Then you have other expenses such as your time, the marketing costs, traveling, and gas.
The monthly products ordered to remain Active will be the biggest expenses for your Neora mlm business.
This business expense can destroy your chance of making a profit because if you cannot resell the products, it becomes a business loss.
Other home-based businesses, such as Affiliate Marketing, you earn a commission on every sale, no qualification required.
Do you know why mlm has this monthly order requirement?
Two reasons: to sell products and to avoid being classified as a pyramid scheme under the FTC guideline. (Check our MLM vs Affiliate Marketing for the discussion on the FTC MLM Guideline.)
Neora Compensation Plan
Neora claims that it exists to improve people’s lives by offering an innovative way to earn income.
Is this the truth?
We will analyze the Neora compensation plan to understand how it makes your life better.
I’ll provide an overview of the Neora compensation plan. To see it in detail, just download a copy.
Before we begin, you need to understand the way Neora determine downline commissions.
Team commissions are calculated using the Commissionable Volume (CV).
The CV is points assigned to each product by Neora.
For example, your team total sales $200 with 100 CV.
If the downline commission is 10%, you will earn $10 (100CV x 10%), not $39.99.
This means, on a $200 sale, the actual commission is only 5%. I hope you can see this scam.
Now, we can discuss the Neora compensation plan.
Neora is an mlm. You have two ways to earn: Sell Products and/or recruiting others to join.
Make Money Selling Neora Products
Neora brand partners can either purchase products to resell or selling directly from their own Neora replicated website to earn a retail profit.
This sounds simple, right?
Well, here’s what I found.
I did a search online and found a package of Age IQ Night & Day selling for $44.78 with free shipping.
This package on the Neora website retails for $187.
Overprice is the reason why you can never earn a retail profit selling mlm product on the market.
It will be a challenge for brand partners to make money selling Neora products.
Make Money Recruiting Others
There are several options to earn from recruiting others into Neora.
But you must become active and qualified receiving the commissions and bonuses.
We have talked about those requirements in the costs section of this Neora review.
I will only discuss the primary bonuses and downline commissions. There are other leadership and trip bonuses which you can refer to the Neora compensation plan for more info.
Fast Start Bonus (FSB)
Neora encourages new brand partners to focus on earning the Fast Start Bonus (FSB).
FSB must be earned in the first month.
A $200 FSB is paid to new brand partner that achieves Elite Brand Partner rank with sales total $1,200 QV and $250 LQV.
3UR Free
You earn free product credits, up to $200, when you maintain the $80 ADO (Auto-Delivery Order) monthly and enroll 3 preferred customers with a total of $210 ADO each month.
Personal Sales Commissions (PSC)
Neora brand partners receive between 5% to 15% PSC commission based on the monthly sales volume.
No PSC commission is earned if sales volume is under $350.
First Order Bonus (FOB)
A 20% FOB is earned when your enrollees, preferred customer or brand partner, place their first product order.
But receiving this bonus, the enrollees must be Active with $80 QV monthly order and/or new brand partner must purchase a product package of at least $500 QV.
Team Commissions (Residual Incomes)
You earn Team Commission between 2% to 5%, paying up to 8 levels.
However, you must achieve Elite Brand Partner rank, maintaining a monthly $180 PQV or $80 ADV to start earning 5% with only the 1st level and 4% with the 2nd
level.
As you can see, there are multiple ways to earn. But no money is paid unless you are active and qualified.
This is the trick with mlm. Ways to earn is not the same as qualifying to receive the money.
Qualification requires more product purchases or recruiting more people.
You can potentially earn nothing under Neora compensation plan because the costs to maintain active and qualified exceeded the bonuses and commissions received.
Therefore, when evaluating mlm opportunity like Neora, we cannot rely on the compensation plan to determine the brand partners income.
You must look at the actual bonuses and commissions received to understand the business profit and loss.
Can You Make Money With Neora?
You cannot look at the Neora compensation plan and conclude, “Yes, I can make money with Neora.”
This is not true!
Here’s what I mean,
The Neora compensation plan offers POTENTIAL EARNINGS, a guess or an estimate.
But, the Neora Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) provides ACTUAL INCOMES received by brand partners from Neora.
Most mlm companies, including Neora, do not publish their income disclosure statement.
Why?
Because they don’t want us to know the truth. Brand partners incomes must be terrible.
Where can you get a copy of the IDS?
You can request a copy at the time of enrollment.
The laws require Neora to provide a copy of the compensation plan together with the IDS to every recruit.
With the income disclosure, you should be able to evaluate whether you can make money with Neora.
As a business review writer, I look to the actual incomes to advise clients on an investment.
Never invest with Neora until you see the income disclosure statement.
If they refuse to provide you a copy, this is a sign of a potential scam.
Is Neora A Scam?
Yes, Neora uses the compensation plan to convince you to join.
But we cannot call Neora a scam.
Why?
Well, Neora is a business opportunity. Every business has risks.
You are responsible to carefully research, study, and investigate the opportunity before joining.
If you become a Neora brand partner without doing proper researches, then you cannot call Neora a scam.
Reading this Neora Review is a good way to learn the risks and rewards associated with Neora.
Smart entrepreneurs hire professional financial analysts to evaluate every business deal to find a profitable opportunity.
As a Business Review Writer, I have evaluated hundreds of mlm businesses to help investors identified and managed the risks.
As a business opportunity, Neora is not a scam.
It’s just a risky and unprofitable business.
Is Neora a pyramid scheme?
Neora considers itself a legit mlm company under the laws.
But I don’t use the laws to evaluate an investment.
I use a different guideline to determine a pyramid scheme.
Sorry, I don’t agree with Neora. I say Neora is not a pyramid scheme.
Looks at the company compensation plan. Brand partners are forced to purchase overpriced products to earn the commission.
The only way to sell Neora products is by recruiting others into the business.
The more people that you recruit, the more money you earn.
With mlm companies, brand partners are the primary customers.
Recruiting is the way to get promoted and make money with Neora.
Doesn’t this make Neora a pyramid scheme?
I know, not everyone will agree with me.
But, based on our Neora Review, you must accept that it is not easy to achieve financial success with Neora, and the compensation plan is designed to make money for Neora, not to improve people’s lives.
This home-based business opportunity is not profitable.
Is Neora Worth It?
You should have enough information to make this decision yourselves, after reading this Neora review.
